Sublimation Process Imperfection: While we employ the highest quality sublimation printing process, minor imperfections such as white wrinkles may occur in the seams around the arm, shoulder, and collar areas of your printed product. These are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects. By agreeing to our terms, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such imperfections in your final product.

Custom Design Policy: After you submit your order, you will receive a mockup within 2-3 days by email. Please ensure that all spelling, colors, and images are correct. You will have 24 hours to approve or request changes to your design. If we do not hear from you, your item could be sent to production. . All items should be shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received and the design has been agreed on.  

Return Policy: Due to the nature of the product, as most products are created by custom order, no products are considered eligible for a refund. Proofs are sent and approved by the customer prior to completion, and it is the CUSTOMER's RESPONSIBLITY to select the correct size, color, verify the spelling of any words, and upload a clear (non-blurry) photo for all items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Exchanges are acknowledged and honored IF the product is damaged including: stains, tears/rips, or broken pieces on the creator's behalf within a 48-hour notice after delivery of the product. All items are carefully packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
